The Austro-Bavarian Lager Beer Brewery & Crystal Ice Factory operated from the site in 1882
In 1886 a Company Known as the Tottenham Lager Beer & Ice Factory Ltd was established. This Company only lasted for 9 years and was in Voluntary liquidation March 1895 and a new company, The Imperial Lager Brewery Ltd was registered. Brewing ceased in about 1903.
