TASTE BEERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN BREWED FOR OVER 150 YEARS.
Adnams PLC will be brewing, for the first time in over 150 years, two beers based on the old 1850s brewing records, of Morse & Woods (later E & G Morse, Crown Brewery) Lowestoft.
The brewing is taking place as part of the launch of a new book by brewery historian, Eric Doré. Entitled “De-Coding the Morses” the book covers the Morse brewing interests at Lowestoft, Swaffham and Norwich.
The launch will take place at Adnams Southwold Store (formerly the Cellar and Kitchen Store) in Victoria Street, Southwold on Tuesday 10th November from 7pm to 9pm
The number of tickets available will be restricted having regard to the amount of beer brewed. Ticket holders will receive a copy of the book and a taster of both beers.
