Summer Meeting 2026
11 July @ 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
SUMMER MEETING AT FULLERS BREWERY, CHISWICK, LONDON
We are delighted to let you know that we have organised a tour and hospitality at Fullers followed by lunch and a social meeting at the very nearby George and Devonshire pub. The tour is limited to 15 people so this is offered on a “first come, first served” basis on payment of a booking fee. We are told that the tour is more extensive and far better overall than past tours so, even if you have visited the brewery before, another visit now might very well be worthwhile.
The tour and hospitality at Fullers takes about 2 hours so the tour will start at 11am at the brewery and move to the pub around 1pm, when they open. Lunch or snacks are very much “pub grub” and the menu is available on the pub website. Food and beer at the pub must be paid for at the time of ordering and the food service stops at 3pm. We will have exclusive use of the back bar at the pub until at least 6pm, so we hope to have a free label table and an auction. Guests will be welcome, subject to overall numbers. If members want to attend the day (but do not wish to take the brewery tour) they can do so, but they will need to meet us at the pub at 1pm.
Bookings, needed by Sunday 31st May, should be made by email to our Secretary. The booking fee which includes the brewery visit is £18 to cover the cost of the tour and hospitality, which apparently consists of 2 or 3 pints! There is no booking fee for those joining the meeting at the George and Devonshire. We hope to get Fullers to release their current labels in time for the event which would be available to those attending. If you wish to attend, please book as early as possible so we can finalise arrangements with the brewery
