Brampton Brewery Co Ltd

The brewery was founded in 1825 and towards the end of the 19th century was trading as Chater & Co. The company was first registered in 1897 when 142 public houses were owned. It was acquired by Warwicks & Richardsons of Newark in 1955 and closed soon afterwards.
