J. W. Green Ltd

The first registration of the company was in 1897. When Flower & Sons Ltd of Stratford on Avon was acquired in 1954, that name was adopted as Flower’s Breweries Ltd. Whitbread bought the company in 1961 and the Phoenix brewery was closed before the end of the decade.
