Mansfield Brewery Co Ltd

Founded in Littleworth in 1855 and registered as a limited company in 1925. Ceased brewing real ale between 1972 and 1982. Purchased by Wolverhampton & Dudley Brewery Ltd in 1999, together with 400 – 500 public houses. The brewery was closed in 2001. Production of Mansfield brands being transferred to Wolverhampton and Dudley’s main plant in Wolverhampton.
