Peter, You could have mentioned that this beer came from Amersfoort, Phoenix Brewery. It was probably even bottled for them in Amersfoort. Before that the beer was transported in casks, first wooden later on steel. However you had to transport these casks empty back to the brewery. To be competitive it was decided to bottle in Netherlands without a return system.
I still do have a few spare labels of these and other T.B. Hall labels from Amersfoort.
