J.W.Cameron & Co Ltd

The Brewery was founded in 1852 and leased to John William Cameron in 1872; he bought the brewery in 1893. Registered in November 1894 when 50 pubs were owned. Grew by acquisition until the company was bought by Ellerman Lines Ltd in 1974.
