Not just you, but the Brewery History Society and COBB have never heard of this brewer either. The Aylesbury Brewery Co was registered in 1895 to acquire Parrott, Walker & Co. Jos Parrott and Joseph Parrott are listed as owners of pubs which eventually passed to the Aylesbury Brewery Co. As for the Old Brewery, Aylesbury there appears to be no mention.
