Hambridge Brewery Ltd was founded in 1780 and was owned by the Lang family. The Company traded as H. M. Lang & Co. Ltd until 1940 when the name Hambridge Brewery was adopted. The villages of Hambridge and Curry Rivel are about 2.5 miles apart. The brewery was in between, but slightly closer to Hambridge. Some of the buildings are still there.

I saw these as they were bring put on the site. Lovely.
I remember my Dad talking about the brewery in Tunbridge Wells when I was a kid and I can still remember the signs on the pubs. There is a facebook page dedicated to Kelseys Brewery, but it would be great if you could put some labels on.

I remember my dad delivering to Hambridge brewery, cider apples by horse and cart in the 1930s, I think they were weighed and were unloaded into a trough of running water to wash them..
